1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse geturweb.in, create an account, save a prototype, request a project, approve a quotation or make a payment to GetUrWeb. By using the website or accepting a written quotation, you agree to these terms and any project-specific terms stated in that quotation. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.
2. Services
GetUrWeb provides website strategy, UI/UX design, website development, e-commerce development, landing pages, web applications, maintenance, performance optimisation, SEO-friendly development and related digital consulting. Prototype previews and advisor recommendations are planning tools. The exact deliverables, pages, integrations, revision limits, price and delivery schedule are confirmed in writing before paid production work begins.
3. Quotations, deposits and payments
- Public prices are indicative starting prices in Indian Rupees. Your written quotation states the final price for your scope.
- A project may require an advance deposit before scheduling or production begins. Any deposit is credited against the final project invoice.
- Milestone payments and due dates are stated in the quotation or project agreement.
- Applicable taxes and approved third-party costs are identified separately where required.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. GetUrWeb does not store complete card, bank or UPI credentials.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and billing information, lawful content, required account access, and timely approvals. You confirm that you own or are authorised to use all logos, photographs, text, trademarks, data and other materials you supply. Project schedules may move when required content, access, feedback or approvals are delayed.
5. Changes and approvals
Included revisions are stated in the quotation. Work outside the approved scope requires written confirmation and may change the price or schedule. An approval by email, project dashboard, WhatsApp or another agreed written channel authorises GetUrWeb to proceed to the next milestone. You remain responsible for reviewing spelling, factual claims, prices, links and legal content before publication.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of materials you provide. GetUrWeb retains ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable components, internal methods and know-how. Unless the quotation states otherwise, ownership of custom final deliverables created specifically for you transfers after all related invoices are paid. Third-party fonts, themes, libraries, plugins, stock assets and software remain subject to their own licences.
7. Smart and automated assistance
GetUrWeb may use automated tools to help organise briefs, recommend structures or accelerate design and development. These outputs are reviewed as part of the service but may require correction. You should not submit confidential, regulated or third-party personal data to advisor fields unless it is necessary and you have authority to do so.
8. Third-party services
Projects may connect to hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics, Google, Razorpay, content systems or other third-party services. Their availability, fees, policies and processing are controlled by those providers. GetUrWeb is not responsible for an external service outage or policy change, but will reasonably assist with integrations included in the agreed scope.
9. Cancellation, refunds and delivery
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Delivery methods and expected timelines are described in our Shipping and Service Delivery Policy. Custom work already completed, approved or delivered may not be refundable, while duplicate or incorrect payments are handled as stated in the refund policy.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use GetUrWeb to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, deceive users, collect data without authority, interfere with the service or build content promoting unlawful activity. We may suspend an account or project when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal compliance.
11. Warranty and liability
GetUrWeb will perform paid services with reasonable skill and care and will address reproducible defects reported within any support period stated in the quotation. Except where law does not permit limitation, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and GetUrWeb's aggregate liability relating to a project is limited to the amount paid to GetUrWeb for the affected project during the six months before the claim.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through written communication. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
